Our current team today

Our history, over 20 years of excellence.

Our journey began in 2003 with just three passionate people – Brooks Aberg, Frank Culbertson, and Tawnya Raistrick. What started as a small team quickly evolved into what we affectionately call our “Dream Team” when we added two more therapists who shared our vision, Nick Woods and Jerret Hopstad. These passionate individuals became our owners and CEO.

From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a thriving family of over 45 team members across four locations in the Treasure Valley.
From day one, our goal was clear: to redefine physical therapy care in our community. We envisioned a model centered on family values, trust, integrity, and above all, patient-centered care. Over the years, as we’ve expanded and evolved, one thing has remained unchanged: our commitment to providing personalized, compassionate treatment that puts our patients first.
