A lifelong Idaho resident, Brock grew up in Kuna and graduated from Kuna High School, where he participated in cross country and track. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Boise State University before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Idaho State University in 2023.

Brock Thompson, PT, DPT, OCS, is a physical therapist with a passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. takes a collaborative approach to patient care, working closely with each individual to understand their goals, concerns, and unique needs. He believes the best outcomes come from building strong relationships with patients and creating a treatment plan that they understand and actively participate in. His approach may incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and activity-specific rehabilitation to help patients build confidence and return to the activities they enjoy.

Brock is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and holds McKenzie Method certifications in Parts A and B. He is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care and building genuine relationships with his patients so they feel heard, supported, and actively involved throughout their rehabilitation.

Brock has a particular interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, and helping runners, golfers, athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts return to the activities they love. He is especially passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful, functional goals, whether that means returning to competitive sports, running a favorite trail, getting back on the golf course, or simply returning to the activities that make life enjoyable.

Outside of physical therapy, Brock enjoys hiking, running, golfing, traveling with his wife, attending and watching sporting events, cheering on Boise State, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
