Chris Fox, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Clinics:

Chris is originally from the Chicagoland area and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in May 2013. After graduating, he completed the Orthopaedic Residency program at Scottsdale Healthcare (now Honor Health) in July 2014 and became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist (OCS) in 2015. Chris further advanced his expertise by graduating from the Optim Manual Therapy Fellowship.

His professional development includes certifications in Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling Level 1, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques. Chris is passionate about education and serves as faculty, mentor, and program coordinator for Foothills Sports Medicine’s Orthopaedic Residency program. He has also contributed as adjunct faculty for Northern Arizona University’s Phoenix Campus Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

Chris enjoys exploring Idaho’s outdoors with his wife and son. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, weightlifting, playing golf and basketball, and cheering for his favorite Chicago sports teams.
