Sara is an Arkansas native who earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas and later obtained a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion. She has been practicing in the Treasure Valley since 2003, specializing in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine rehabilitation. Her areas of expertise include lower extremity sports training and injury prevention, spine care, and osteoporosis.

Sara is passionate about educating and empowering her clients, providing them with the tools they need to achieve their personal fitness goals and maintain a more functional, active, and healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys exploring the great outdoors of Idaho with her family, taking full advantage of the state’s recreational opportunities.
