Sarah, originally from Colorado, developed an interest in physical therapy after experiencing multiple injuries as a soccer player. She moved to Virginia after high school, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from James Madison University, before going on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016.
Sarah has a strong passion for vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, in addition to sports medicine, post-joint replacement rehabilitation, and a wide range of orthopedic injuries. She values building strong connections with her patients and draws on her personal experiences in physical therapy to motivate and support them throughout their rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and their two children, Camden and Addison, along with their two dogs. She is an avid snowboarding enthusiast and enjoys soccer, skiing (which she’s looking forward to getting back into), and cheering on the Denver Broncos and the JMU Dukes.
